Our Relationship

When you engage coaching services, use communications and/or resources provided by Teresa Dabney (your “Coach”) at I Strive 4 Coaching & Consulting on this website, through email, etc you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals and is is not intended to be substituted for psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

Results

As a certified Life Coach I promise to provide you with my best professional skills and care and will deliver the coaching services as described.

  • You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during your coaching sessions, and subsequently, including your choices and decisions.

  • You acknowledge you understand I cannot guarantee your results.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. All information (documented or verbal) that you share as part of our coaching relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. 

  • You acknowledge that my Coach will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. 

  • You acknowledge that you understand that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and that communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. 

  • You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other technology.

REFUND POLICY

Coaching is an investment that you make in yourself, if you are a client, please read the refund policy carefully.

All refund requests should be made in writing.

  • Full refund. A full refund will be given within twenty-four (24) hours after the first session of any package should you choose not to continue coaching.

  • Partial refund. A partial refund of the remaining package sessions minus the completed session (at the single session rate) will be given if cancellation is made more than twenty-four hours after the first session.

  • Package cancellation within 72 hours of our first scheduled session or failure to make the call will result in the deduction of the single session rate from the refund request.

  • If you book the six or nine month package and we finish early I will refund the difference between the package you purchased and the package completed.

  • No refunds are given for single sessions that are cancelled within 72 hours of the session.

  • Cash refunds must be requested within 30 days of the last session. After 30 days no refunds will be given.

  • Unused sessions can be used up to 12 months from the start date of your Coaching.

  • Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member presuming that person is suitable for Life Coaching.

By signing the coaching agreement you are acknowledging that you accept the refund policy.
