If, after your initial one-on-one session, you feel the program isn’t the right fit, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

Once the group sessions have started and you’ve had access to the learning materials or the first session, refunds are no longer available.

We want to ensure the integrity of the program and protect the value of the materials provided.

1:1 Coaching Cancellation Policy

1:1 Coaching Sessions included as part of a Goal Getters Experience are not refundable, after participating in group sessions and/or accessing the program materials.

The coach will work with you, within reason, to reschedule your session.

1:1 sessions purchased, in addition to your program, cancelled within 8 hours of your session will be refunded or can be rescheduled.

What is the cancellation policy for FOCUS and PROGRESS sessions?

1:1 Focus and Progress sessions are key to getting the full benefit of this program and are required for participation. The coach will work with you to reschedule your session.

  • If you cancel before the session, have not accessed any program materials, and decide not to continue, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you do not cancel your scheduled session before it is scheduled, have not accessed program materials, and decide not participate in the program, a $50 no show fee will be charged, and your balance will be refunded.
