For nearly three decades, he led aerospace and defense organizations accountable for the readiness, sustainment, and performance of complex aircraft and weapon systems. From operational units to senior Pentagon leadership, he carried oversight for large teams, significant budgets, and mission-critical execution.

In industry, he held senior executive roles with full P&L responsibility for complex production and sustainment programs. He led multi-site operations integrating engineering, supply chain, quality, test, and program management under demanding contractual and regulatory scrutiny.
